TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Welcome to Phuworf.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Phuworf.store (the “Website”) and any purchases made through the Website.

Throughout these Terms, “Phuworf”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of Phuworf.store. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or affects any statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

1. ABOUT PHUWORF

Phuworf is an online retailer offering clothing, accessories and related products.

Store: Phuworf
Website: Phuworf.store
Email: hello@Phuworf.store

Any additional legally required business information, including the trader's legal name, geographic address, company registration details and VAT number where applicable, should be displayed on the Website as required by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under 18, you should only use the Website and make purchases where you are legally permitted to do so and, where appropriate, with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, specifications and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other technical factors.

Any minor visual differences that arise solely from display technology do not affect your statutory rights.

Goods supplied to consumers must comply with applicable UK consumer law, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description.

4. AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel the affected product or order and refund any amount paid for products we cannot supply.

5. PRICES

Prices displayed on the Website will be shown in the applicable currency and will include taxes where required by law.

Any delivery charges or other mandatory charges applicable to your order will be disclosed before you place the order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders for which a binding contract has already been formed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.

Nothing in this section permits us to cancel an otherwise binding consumer contract merely because we later decide that the agreed price is commercially inconvenient.

6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes or special offers.

Any specific conditions applicable to a promotion will be disclosed with that promotion.

Promotions must be used in accordance with their stated conditions and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review and, where technically available, correct the information entered.

The checkout process will clearly indicate when placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

After receiving your order, we will provide an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation.

An acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

8. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

A binding contract between you and Phuworf is formed when we accept your order in accordance with the information presented during checkout and the order confirmation process.

If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for the order where appropriate.

Reasons we may lawfully decline an order include product unavailability, inability to authorise payment, legal or regulatory restrictions, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious material error affecting the transaction.

9. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to their services.

We will not add optional charges without obtaining the consent required by applicable law.

10. ORDER VERIFICATION

We may conduct reasonable checks designed to prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions or misuse of our Website.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information to verify an order.

Any verification process will be carried out reasonably and in accordance with applicable law and our privacy obligations.

11. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, applicable charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is placed.

We will deliver goods within the period agreed with you.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable UK consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a delay occurs, your rights and our obligations will be determined by applicable consumer law.

12. DELIVERY INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If you discover an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at hello@Phuworf.store.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

We will not use this section to exclude responsibility where applicable law places responsibility on us.

13. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in goods will pass to you at the time determined by applicable consumer law.

Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, risk will generally remain with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to take possession of them, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Ownership of the goods will pass as provided by the contract and applicable law.

14. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible contracts within the cancellation period provided by UK law.

For most eligible goods, this is generally 14 days after the goods are received, subject to the applicable statutory rules and exceptions.

You do not normally need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

For complete information about cancellations and returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

15. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be handled within the legally applicable period.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where legislation provides an exception, including certain personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene-related goods after they have been unsealed.

These exceptions do not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

16. FAULTY GOODS

Goods supplied by Phuworf must comply with applicable statutory requirements.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may have remedies where goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.

Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include:

  • the short-term right to reject;

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • price reduction; or

  • the final right to reject.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts these statutory remedies.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, including our branding, graphics, layout, text, photographs, designs and other materials owned by Phuworf are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from content owned by us without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, content and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

18. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not knowingly use the Website:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • to transmit malicious software or harmful code;

  • to interfere with the security or operation of the Website;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to submit deliberately false or misleading information;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • in any other manner prohibited by applicable law.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the Website, our customers and our systems against misuse.

19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may use or contain services supplied by third parties, including payment processors, delivery providers, analytics providers or other technology providers.

Where appropriate, third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because our Website contains a link to them.

However, nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the Website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such matters affect an existing consumer contract, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

21. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Where the Website permits reviews, comments or other customer content, you must ensure that content you submit is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fake or misleading.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or infringing material.

We will comply with applicable UK requirements relating to consumer reviews and unfair commercial practices.

22. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • statutory rights relating to goods that cannot lawfully be excluded; or

  • any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, these Terms do not exclude rights or remedies provided to you by consumer protection legislation.

23. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such circumstances may include serious transportation disruption, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, governmental action or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

This provision does not remove any mandatory rights you may have if goods are delayed or not delivered.

24. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal information collected through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Where applicable, this includes requirements under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and shared.

25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you place an order or contact us electronically, communications between you and Phuworf may take place electronically.

Contract confirmations and other information required by law may be supplied by email or another durable medium where legally appropriate.

Please ensure that the email address associated with your order is accurate.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, Website, services or applicable law.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the Terms in effect when the relevant contract was formed.

We will not retrospectively change an existing consumer contract in a manner that unlawfully disadvantages you.

The latest version of these Terms will be published on the Website with its effective or last-updated date.

27. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

28. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to the specific legal jurisdiction applicable to the contract and any mandatory consumer protections.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory protections or rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.

30. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Our contracts, policies and notices are intended to comply with applicable UK consumer protection requirements, including where relevant:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

  • Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;

  • applicable electronic commerce requirements;

  • Data Protection Act 2018; and

  • UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory statutory right, the statutory requirement will prevail.
